Step 1: You must first complete our initial online application. You will receive a confirmation email to your email address when the application has been submitted and received.
Step 2: If you pre-qualify for assistance, you will receive a link via email to complete our online application which includes the uploading of required documentation to be reviewed against our guidelines.
Step 3: If your case qualifies for assistance, we will contact you or the vet clinic requesting additional information.
Step 4: Once we have the family information and veterinarian information, we will review all documentation against our guidelines.
Step 5: A letter of commitment or denial will be generated and delivered via email to the pet owner.
